HOW DOES THE SYSTEM WORKS?

The GPS vehicle unit is installed in a vehicleout of sight.
The GPS component inside the vehicle unit communicates with satellites orbiting the earth and records the vehicle position, speed and time. The unit can also record up to 4 auxiliaries being triggered (ie: seat belt on, PTO engaged, etc...) or optionally the diesel engine data (J1708). The data recorded in the vehicle is automatically and securely retransmitted to your computer hosting the database.

There are two ways to transfer the data to the database:

With the passive system, the data is downloaded through radio frequency and/or onto a vehicle/driver key.  In that case, there are no monthly fees. This is by far the most economical solution.

With the real time system, the data is forwarded to you via the cellular network through the Internet. Within seconds, the new location of the vehicle will appear on your screen as it moves. This is the best solution for dispatching or emergency purposes.

The information is then transferred into the powerful software application. The software allows the user to see the trips taken on a detailed map and to view instant reports that can be emailed or exported into Microsoft Excel and quickly turned into meaningful graphs. The software will be able to answer all your managerial needs, therefore saving you thousands of dollars.
Among other things, you will be able to ensure that your vehicles are being used as you intended it. You will also be able to record work shifts and schedule vehicle maintenance with ease.

Whether you have 2 vehicles or 2000 vehicles on the road, knowledge is a very powerful management tools.

Wouldn't you agree that by monitoring your vehicles, you could easily increase your productivity? A single extra service call a month would make the system worth it. Imagine if, because of the knowledge you acquire, you could generate an extra service call a week or a day, as we have seen it time and time again.

Our system harnesses the power of GPS technology to bring you total control of all aspects of the fleet management. Our system does support both live tracking units and passive tracking units at the same time. In both cases, the unit records the vehicle location, start and stop times, speed, idling time, harsh breaking, auxiliaries being triggered and address where the vehicle is located.
