Problem: My key insert onboard of the vehicule does not flash.

Answer: There are several possible reason to that:
Check that the onboard unit is properly installed, especially the ground. (the
ground connection is the most likely to come lose).
Check the two fuses of the unit.
Reset the unit by disconnecting the battery of the vehicle. It happens that a
power surge or drope disrupted the unit.

Problem: My unit is constantly beeping.

Answer 1: It happens that power surges or dropes disrupt the unit. It
however does happen very rarely.
Reset the unit by disconnectiong the battery of the vehicle.
Answer 2:The unit is in debug mode. Simply insert a driver key come out
of debug mode.

Problem: No downloads ever happen.
|
Answer: There are several possible reason to that:
Check that the onboard unit is properly installed. The key insert should be
flashing when the key is pulled out of the ignition. Is it does not flash, see
the FAQ "My key insert onboard of the vehicle does not flash".
If the problem is on all vehicles:
Check the programming of the vehicles in the software and reprogram them for
RF.
Check that the RF downloader is working properly and that it points properly to
the database.
Check that the regional setting of your computer are set to have a coma to
separate the thousands and a dot to separate the decimals.
If the problem is on some vehicles only:
Check that they are in range of the antenna.
Check the programming of the vehicules in the software and reprogram them for
RF.
